Please bring relevant certificates (ID card, student ID card, employee ID card, unit introduction letter, or situation statement) to the Customer Service Center for processing. If on-site processing is not possible, please compose an email including your email account, name, contact information, and problem description, and attach relevant certificate files (ID card, student ID card, employee ID card, unit introduction letter, or situation statement) to send to the Customer Service Center email: support@hit.edu.cn. Users from the Weihai and Shenzhen campuses please contact the local Network Center for handling.
