1.Account Freezing:
The account will be frozen for 3 minutes if the password is entered incorrectly 10 times within 5 minutes or if logged in on 10 devices simultaneously. It will be automatically unfrozen afterward.
2.Multi-Account Association:
For undergraduate/graduate student IDs, you need to set a default account in Associated Accounts.
3.Campus Network Abnormality After Password Change:
Disconnect and reconnect to the network, or clear the browser cache.
4.Using Public Computers:
Be sure to click Logout before closing the browser.
