Collection and Binding of Campus Card

1. Collection of Campus Card:

New students can collect their campus cards at the orientation site of their respective colleges during registration.

Students who have not uploaded their photos or whose photos have not passed the review need to go to the Teacher-Student Service Center (1st Campus) or Room B114 of Yangguang Hall (2nd Campus) for on-site photo collection.

2. Binding of Campus Card:

Via HIT APP: Scan the WeChat QR code to install the APP, which will automatically bind the campus card and enable the Gongfu Code function.

Via WeChat Mini Program: Scan the QR code to log in to the HIT Campus Card mini program, then enter the ID card number and initial password (last six digits of the ID card) to complete the binding.


Campus Card Photo Update

Computer terminal: Visit the campus portal (http://i.hit.edu.cn/), log in, and enter the Personal Center to update the ID photo or facial feature photo.

Mobile terminal: Update via the ID Photo Collection or Facial Feature Photo Collection service in the HIT APP.

Self-service terminal: Self-service photo booths are available at the Teacher-Student Service Center (1st Campus) and Yangguang Hall (2nd Campus).


Retrieval of Lost Campus Card

Finders can scan the QR code on the card to release information about the found card. Losers can receive notifications and claim the card via the HIT APP.


Replacement of Campus Card

Self-service replacement: Use the ID card or face recognition at the self-service terminal to apply for a replacement (the replacement fee will be deducted from the card balance).

For special certificates: Enter the certificate number and initial password (111111) to apply for a replacement.

Locations of replacement points: Teacher-Student Service Center (1st Campus), various canteens; Yangguang Hall (2nd Campus), etc.


Application Scenarios of Identity Authentication

Campus entry and exit, library access, exam check-in, etc.
