1.Full client version download

 Rx :

If there is no version supported by your computer in the connection, please open the following file to obtain the client CDN download connection,

 

Add the access domain name to the Settings: https://ivpnb.hit.edu.cn ; as shown in Figure 4-1.

2 The service access is abnormal after client authentication

Investigation idea:

1)Exit the anti-virus, computer housekeeping software and try to reinstall;

2)If not, open the client and click diagnosis and repair to check whether the environment is normal;

As shown in Figure 4-2.

3)Click Start Diagnosis or select the problem diagnosis case defined on the right for diagnosis; as shown in Figure 4-3.

4)If the recovery is still not possible after diagnosis, click log collection on the client interface to send the log to the administrator or school teacher for troubleshooting; as shown in Figure 4-4.

3.Mobile terminal connection error

Problem phenomenon: as shown in Figure 4-5.

1)Check whether the access device is an ATrust APP;

2)Check whether the access address is correct, as follows: https://ivpnb.hit.edu.cn;

3)Try changing the WIFI or hotspot;

4)Try again after reinstalling the aTrsut APP;
