How to Report Network Faults

Don’t worry if you encounter campus network faults—multiple fault reporting channels are available to assist you:

1.  Follow the Harbin Institute of Technology Service Account (WeChat official account) → enter the Service Hall → select Network Fault Report.

2.  Via HIT APP: Open the HIT APP → select Applications → go to Campus Network → click Network Fault Report.

3.  Scan the code for one-click access to the fault report service.
