What to Do If the User's Email Is Locked?

Email accounts may be locked if the email subscription expires or if there is no login activity for more than 6 months. To unlock the account, you can visit the Faculty and Student Service Hall or contact the customer service email: support@hit.edu.cn. Please bring relevant certificates (ID card, student ID card, employee ID card, unit introduction letter, or situation statement) to the Customer Service Center for processing. If on-site processing is not possible, please compose an email including your email account, name, contact information, and problem description, attach the relevant certificate files (ID card, student ID card, employee ID card, unit introduction letter, or situation statement) and send it to the Customer Service Center email: support@hit.edu.cn. Users from the Weihai and Shenzhen campuses please contact the local Network Center for assistance.
